1. Who we are and scope
REscript (rescript.kevv.ai) is operated by Kevv AI Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us”). This Policy applies to information collected through REscript websites, emails, and subscription workflows that link to this page.
Kevv AI Labs Inc. also operates Kevv (app.kevv.ai) and Keystory (keystory.kevv.ai), which have their own privacy policies. REscript does not currently offer account sign-in: you manage your subscription through the private links in your emails, and your REscript subscriber record is stored in REscript’s own systems, separately from Kevv and Keystory accounts.
2. Information we collect
- Identity and account data: email address, name (if you do not provide one, the part of your email address before “@”), and account identifiers.
- Preference data: language, market, content focus, and keyword selections.
- Subscription and billing metadata: plan, billing interval, plan status, Stripe customer and subscription IDs, renewal and cancellation dates, and payment lifecycle events. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach REscript.
- Operational data: delivery logs (which include your name and email address), access token activity, and support records.
- Website usage: cookie-free page analytics on the subscribe, contact, and share pages (see section 5), and your language choice saved in your browser’s local storage.
REscript no longer offers video or voice features and does not collect voice recordings.

- Provide and operate REscript services, including daily content delivery and link-based viewing access.
- Process subscriptions, manage billing state, and handle account administration.
- Improve performance, security, abuse prevention, and quality control.

4. Legal basis and consent
Where required by applicable law, we process personal data based on contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, legal obligations, and user consent where applicable.
5. Sharing and service providers
We share information only with the service providers below, which process it on our behalf to run REscript. We do not sell personal information.
- Microsoft Azure (United States): hosting, storage of subscriber records and logs, and Azure OpenAI for writing the daily scripts. AI prompts are built from news and market data for your market, language, and content focus; they do not include your name or email address.
- Resend: email delivery. Receives your email address, name, and the content of the emails we send you.
- Stripe: checkout, subscription billing, and the billing portal. Receives your email address, plan, and delivery preferences, and processes your payment details.
- Cloudflare: private R2 storage for daily backups of subscriber records, and DNS for kevv.ai domains.
- Plausible Analytics: cookie-free page analytics on the subscribe, contact, and share pages. Receives page-visit details such as the page address, referrer, browser type, and IP address.
- Google Fonts: fonts used on our pages. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
6. International transfers
REscript is hosted in the United States. Your information may also be processed in other countries where our providers operate. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect transferred data.
7. Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide services, maintain account history, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and legal requirement. Subscriber records are included in our daily private backups.
8. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, so users should also protect their credentials and private links.
9. Your choices and rights
- Update preference settings (market, language, content category, and keywords) from your manage-subscription page.
- Pause or resume delivery, and manage billing through Stripe for paid subscriptions.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
10. Children’s privacy
REscript is intended for professional use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
