Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of REscript, including account access, subscription billing, acceptable use, and liability boundaries.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using REscript, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use REscript on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service scope

REscript is a software service that generates market-oriented real estate video script drafts based on selected preferences such as market, language, and audience profile. The service is intended for professional marketing support and editorial acceleration.

3. Eligibility and account responsibility

  • You must provide accurate account and billing information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your access links and account identifiers.
  • You must keep private links and credentials confidential and not share paid access outside your team.

4. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
  • Billing is processed by Stripe. Card handling and payment processing are subject to Stripe terms.
  • You can manage payment methods and cancel through the Stripe billing portal linked from your manage-subscription page.

5. Trial and sample policy

REscript may provide one free sample delivery per user or email identity. Free sample eligibility and availability may change at any time to prevent abuse and maintain service quality.

6. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once charged. You can avoid future charges by canceling prior to your next renewal date.

7. User obligations and acceptable use

  • Review all output before publication, distribution, or client use.
  • Comply with applicable advertising, fair housing, brokerage, MLS, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Do not use REscript for unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, defamatory, or deceptive content.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, abuse APIs, or bypass security controls.

8. Intellectual property

REscript and its software, branding, and platform materials are owned by the service operator and protected by law. Subject to these Terms and active subscription status, users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated outputs for internal marketing workflows and publication.

9. AI output, no professional advice

Generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated statements. REscript does not provide legal, tax, financial, MLS, or fair housing advice. You are solely responsible for editorial judgment, compliance review, and final publication decisions.

10. Service changes and availability

We may update features, models, delivery logic, and audience modes to improve performance and reliability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation at all times.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REscript is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REscript and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REscript and its operators from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your content usage, publication decisions, regulatory violations, or breach of these Terms.

14. Updates to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
